We want your Patches to Porches experience to be simple, fun, and beautiful. By purchasing a Patches to Porches design or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

1. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

A $75 booking deposit is non-refundable and reserves your spot on our installation schedule.

Cancellations made on or before September 15 may receive a refund of amounts paid, less the $75 booking deposit.

No refunds will be issued after September 15.

2. Every Porch Is Unique

Every Patches to Porches design is unique. We create our designs using a seasonal assortment of pumpkins, gourds, mums, straw bales, corn stalks, and other décor included with the package purchased.

We do not guarantee specific colors, varieties, shapes, or sizes of individual items. Our goal is to create a beautiful, balanced assortment based on the products available to us and the space we are decorating.

3. Let Us Do the Designing

You do not need to be home when we decorate your porch.

If you are home during installation, we ask that you allow our team to complete the design without interference or direction during the decorating process. You're hiring Patches to Porches to create the finished look, and we want the opportunity to bring the entire design together for you.

Once we have completed the design and left the property, it's your porch! You're welcome to rearrange, move, or use any of the items however you'd like.

4. The Décor Is Yours

The seasonal items included with your design are purchased by you and belong to you after installation. They are not rentals and do not need to be returned to Patches to Porches.

You're welcome to keep, move, use, give away, or dispose of any of the items after your porch has been completed.

5. Fall Farewell

Customers who purchase our Fall Farewell service can leave the end-of-season cleanup to us.

Fall Farewell includes removal and cleanup of the seasonal décor originally provided and installed by Patches to Porches that remains in the decorated area when we arrive.

Fall Farewell does not include removal of personal decorations, household items, trash, yard waste, furniture, or other materials that were not provided by Patches to Porches.

Because the décor belongs to you, you're welcome to keep or use anything you would like before your scheduled Fall Farewell. When we arrive, we will simply remove the Patches to Porches items that remain.

6. Pets, Access & Personal Property

For everyone's safety, pets must remain indoors and away from our team and the decorating area during installation and Fall Farewell.

Please make sure the porch and decorating area are reasonably accessible before we arrive.

Our team is not responsible for moving heavy furniture, planters, or other personal belongings unless arrangements have been made with us in advance.

If we are unable to complete your installation because the property or decorating area is inaccessible—including locked gates, obstructed porches, pets in the work area, construction, or other preventable access issues—your installation may need to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee may apply.

We take great care while working around your home and belongings. In the unlikely event that we accidentally damage something while performing our services, please contact us. Within reason, we will do our best to make the situation right.

7. Natural & Perishable Products

Many of the products we use are natural and perishable. Pumpkins, gourds, mums, corn stalks, straw, and similar products will naturally change and deteriorate over time.

Their appearance, condition, and lifespan can be affected by heat, cold, rain, moisture, sunlight, insects, wildlife, and other environmental conditions outside of our control.

Because of this, Patches to Porches cannot guarantee how long natural or perishable products will maintain their original appearance or condition after installation.

8. Weather & Scheduling

Our work takes place outdoors, and sometimes Mother Nature changes the plan.

Installation and Fall Farewell dates or arrival times may be adjusted due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, product availability, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

If a schedule change becomes necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and complete your service as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Photos, Videos & Marketing

We love showing off the porches we create!

Patches to Porches reserves the right to photograph and/or record completed designs and use those photos or videos for our website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid intentionally featuring customers or other individuals in our marketing content.

By purchasing a Patches to Porches product or service, you acknowledge and agree that photos or videos of the property and completed design may be taken and used for these purposes.

Agreement to Policies

Our goal is simple: create a beautiful fall porch, make the process easy, and leave you with something you're excited to come home to.

By completing your purchase with Patches to Porches, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Patches to Porches Customer Policy.
